Refund policy
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not provide any exchanges, refunds, or returns. If there was an error in your online order, you have 30 DAYS from the day you received your purchase to contact The Bathhouse regarding your order’s error. Any missing or damaged products WILL NOT be replaced and/or credited after the 30 days have expired. Proof of purchase is REQUIRED for all orders requiring attention. Thebathhousebox.com is not responsible for products affected by warm or cold weather climate (i.e. Body Butters, Body Scrubs, Candles) and as such will not be replaced by The Bathhouse.
